This Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the inspiring entrepreneurs at On Stage Salons: Trish and Steph, two women who built their careers on education, excellence, and the courage to create something better for the stylists who come after them.

Trish, co‑founder of On Stage, has spent 20 years mastering the art of cutting and coloring. Training in New York and LA, earning her Master Colorist Expert certification, and building a salon experience rooted in customization, confidence, and genuine care. Her gift? Seeing each client’s unique texture, face shape, lifestyle, and crafting a look that makes them feel unstoppable!

Steph, our amazing Director Stylist, Wella Master Colorist, and educator, has spent 20 years behind the chair helping stylists grow through real, honest education! What started as conversations with colorists became Color Coach, a tool she and Trish built to simplify formulation and eliminate the guesswork that holds stylists back. 

Together, with more than 40 years of combined experience, they created Color Coach! Not as tech founders, but as colorists who’ve lived the challenges, felt the pressure, and knew there had to be a better way. They built a solution rooted in real salon experience and a shared mission to elevate confidence for colorists all over the world!

This Women’s Day, we honor women like Trish and Steph! Women who teach, build, innovate, and lead with heart. Women who make space for others to grow! Women who prove that empowerment isn’t a slogan; it’s a ripple effect.
